The meeting is booked for one o'clock, and so is Dhuhr.

Nobody is stopping you, and that is exactly the difficulty. Nothing in the working day makes room, so the prayer becomes the thing that moves. It moves twenty minutes, then an hour, then it is Asr.

The problem was never that you did not know the time. It was that the time was in one place and your week was in another.

Your colleagues see busy. Nobody books over it. You never had to explain yourself to anyone.

How it works

You subscribe once, and then forget about us.

• A calendar subscription, not an app. It works in whatever calendar you already use, on whatever device, with a reminder before each prayer. Nothing to install.
• Downloadable files, if you prefer. An .ics file and a printable PDF for every city.
• The prayers beyond the five. Tahajjud and Duha as their own calendars, and the fasting times through Ramadan.
• One hundred and seventy one cities. 109 in Sweden, 60 across the seven emirates of the UAE, and 2 in Estonia. More countries coming soon, insha'Allah.
• Official data where it exists. The UAE times come from awqaf.gov.ae, the official authority, rather than from a formula we chose ourselves.

Alongside the times, Salattid carries a complete daily companion: three parallel tracks, Verses, Tazkiyah and Sunnah, one entry each for all 365 days, with Swedish translations and a daily email if you want it. It is the same body of writing that sits inside Buruja, published once and used in both places rather than counted twice.

What it needs

Every city where the week runs Muslims.

The same working week runs Muslims in every city in Europe and North America, and their calendars are just as empty of salah. Extending the list is not hard. It is just work that nobody is paying for yet.
